Variety... In my house, we need it! When we start getting bored with our current cycle of weekly meals we start eating out, stop making a menu and I start gaining weight like crazy - over it!!
Vegetables... I want to like them so much, but I am like a kid and totally drawn to sweet & salty flavors, and Clint is even worse! I am trying to fool us both into healthier lifestyles by making food that isn't just delicious, it is also healthy. I am also beginning to experiment with vegetarian & maybe even vegan cooking, again based on the idea that if it isn't good it doesn't work for us because we won't eat it.
